The Life Coaching relationship is a unique partnership with another person which helps them to unlock their own brilliance.  Coaching provides a path for clients to walk down to help them find the Strength within themselves to discover answers and generate personal possibilities within the realm of who they are intended to be.   

As a Life Coach my main gifts are in the areas of encouragement, discernment, truth-telling, accountability, humor and compassion.  It thrills me to help women reframe negative thoughts into positive actions so they can begin to step forward in life and begin to live within their full potential. 

My primary coaching expertise lies in the areas of sexual intimacy and gaining deep spiritual intimacy with Christ.  However I will coach to all aspects of growth in a woman’s life including:

• A specialty area of Consultative coaching available to women who have vaginismus and are either starting or currently pursuing treatment.

I primarily coach only with women except for some couples coaching which may fall under the categories of marital or vaginismus coaching.  Coaching assumes the person wanting to be coached is highly functional without need of support for psychotherapeutic issues.
